Bangladesh an under developed country but very rich in Manpower resources with vast population of 160 millions. It is predominatly a muslim country and undoubtedly a Manpower resorvoir with an increasing production of highly qualified Engineers, Doctors and Technical personnels. It has a large number of surplus skilled and unskilled Labourers. Since Bangladesh is under developed in industry and Employment opportunity is far from requirement. A large proportion of population including the skilled Labourers remain unemployment. They may profitably be utilized in any sort of Employment in the developing countries abroad.
With a view to utilize these surplus skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled Labourers and to keep place with technological developments of the outside world together with the development of our own country. Bangladesh has set up personable number of technical and vocational training institutes. These provide us with people of technical know-how and skilled personnel. We are in a position to supply any number of work force with all possible assistance at a comparatively cheap rate than those available in India, Pakistan, Srilanka, Phillipines, Thailands, Vietnam, Indonesia, Nepal, Mayanmar and Sudan.
It is appreciated that Bangladesh workers are generally loyal, docile, reliable and hard working and in increasing number of Bangladesh workers have been absorved abroad within the last 3 decade of years and they have proved all their above qualities.
